For newcomers
To facilitate our newbies in getting oriented quickly, during the first three months we organize a special three-day familiarization program. On the first day, they spend the morning at the headquarters of Pernod Ricard Bratislava Slovakia, where they learn important corporate information and getting to know the home departments (marketing, sales, and finance). On the second day the program continues in Prague, where new employees become more deeply acquainted with the functioning of all the company’s key departments and all relevant processes. The third day is a trip to Karlovy Vary, where the newcomers learn other important information, visit the factory Becherovka, as well as the Jan Becher Museum.
For all employees
We strive to constantly motivate our employees, giving them space to grow. Each employee meets regularly with their supervisor, with whom they seek to find and identify other areas of their own professional development. Our offer of development activities for permanent staff includes the following options:
