Recruitment Process

What does our recruitment process look like?

You read our job ad – you apply – we review your CV – we get in touch – we arrange a meeting – we invite you to an assessment center – we present you with an offer – and then the final decision is yours. Ours has already been made.

  • Our first meeting will either be in person or online via Microsoft Teams. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we’re on the same wavelength.
  • Assessment Centers (AC) or group interviews may not be everyone’s favorite, but we consistently receive positive feedback on ours.
  • Our group interviews usually include mutual introductions, a team task, and a case study tailored by our managers to the specific role. This gives you insight into what the job might entail, and allows us to better understand where we can support you.

Wondering what to wear? Choose something you’d feel comfortable wearing to work with us every day.

We strive to make the recruitment process a valuable experience for everyone involved.

Whether we choose you or you choose us, you’ll always receive feedback. Our process includes a psychodiagnostic assessment, and with your consent, we’d be happy to stay in touch regardless of the outcome.

Our recruitment process isn’t designed solely for our benefit. We aim to make it mutually beneficial.

The first meeting is a two-way conversation. The assessment center offers a hands-on opportunity to get a feel for the role. Psychodiagnostic testing is a standard part of our process — we’ll always share your results and walk you through them.

Questions You’re Likely to Hear from Us

Don’t expect questions like “Does pineapple belong on pizza?” or “How many tennis balls fit in a car?”

Instead, we’ll ask thoughtful and relevant questions you can prepare for, such as:

  • What caught your attention in our job ad and made you apply?

  • Why do you find us an attractive employer?

  • What matters most to you in your work, and what should we know about it?

  • What tasks make you feel truly in your element?

Who’s Involved in the Recruitment Process?

  • Members of our HR team

  • The hiring manager (your potential direct supervisor)

  • Team members you may be working with

  • In some cases, the department director
